Kernel memory corruption via RX queue mispairing

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel 6.9 ionic driver allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory through the XDP_TX path. The hardware-timestamp RX queue uses an index one past the regular txqcqs array, derives an invalid TX partner, and writes through that pointer. Reachability requires a dedicated hardware-timestamp RX queue on an ionic device and execution of XDP_TX for the unpaired queue.
