Stale address-space association via PI-futex exec race

Race condition in the private PI-futex exec path in Linux allows local users to create a stale address-space association. futex_exec_release() marks the task ready before exec_mmap() replaces its mm, so attach_to_pi_owner() can accept an address space being retired. Triggering requires concurrent private PI-futex ownership and exec activity; the CNA has not published a resulting crash, disclosure, or privilege impact.
