Out-of-bounds read via truncated Bluetooth response

Out-of-bounds read in Linux kernel Bluetooth HCI event handling allows attackers to read past an skb via a truncated controller response. hci_cc_le_set_cig_params() trusts num_handles after only the fixed response portion is validated, then reads each advertised trailing handle without checking the remaining skb length. Reachability requires malformed LE Set CIG Parameters data from a Bluetooth controller; public sources do not establish exposure of the excess data or a resulting crash.
