Bluetooth controller stream desynchronization via length truncation

Improper length validation in Linux allows attackers to desynchronize Bluetooth HCI framing through an oversized HCI_CMD_SYNC request. mgmt_hci_cmd_sync() accepts a 16-bit params_len above 255, while hci_cmd_sync_alloc() truncates it into the 8-bit HCI plen field but still appends every parameter byte. Access to the local Bluetooth management socket and a length-framed transport such as H:4 is required; the controller treats trailing bytes as another packet, while further impact is undisclosed.
