Kernel heap overwrite via undersized permission array

Out-of-bounds write in the SELinux policy loader in Linux 2.6.23 and later allows attackers to corrupt kernel heap memory via a malformed policy. class_read() accepts a class permission count smaller than its inherited common, so security_get_permissions() copies common permissions beyond the class-sized array. Reaching the flaw requires loading that malformed policy image; the upstream record does not identify the required privileges or resulting post-corruption impact.
