Kernel NULL dereference via failed initial policy load

NULL pointer dereference in SELinux in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to fault the kernel during an initial policy load. When sel_make_policy_nodes() fails on the first load, sel_write_load() calls selinux_policy_cancel(), which dereferences the NULL state->policy. Reachability requires local access able to write a policy to /sys/fs/selinux/load; the record does not state whether the host recovers or crashes.
