Kernel heap corruption via unchecked permission index

Out-of-bounds write in the SELinux policy parser in Linux allows local users to corrupt kernel heap memory through a malformed policy image. perm_read() checks a permission value only against SEL_VEC_MAX, so security_get_permissions() indexes perms[value - 1] beyond an nprim-sized allocation when a nested class declares too few permissions. Loading the crafted policy requires high local privileges, and well-formed policies do not trigger the overwrite.
