Kernel crash via stale cached-inode mapping order

Denial of service in the btrfs inode cache in Linux allows remote authenticated users to crash the kernel through file I/O on affected volumes. The cached-inode path in btrfs_fill_inode skips btrfs_set_inode_mapping_order, leaving a 4K folio order for an 8K block size. The documented reproducer requires an 8K btrfs block size, a 4K page size, writable files, and eviction and reload of a cached inode; the resulting assertion aborts kernel execution.
