Premature OOM via stale MGLRU batch updates

Race condition in Linux 7.1 allows attackers to cause premature out-of-memory termination through concurrent memory-cgroup operations. The MGLRU page-table walker accumulates generation-size deltas without the lruvec lock, then reset_batch_size() can flush them to a child lruvec after its pages were reparented. Triggering requires page-table walking to overlap memory-cgroup offlining; stale accounting can suppress reclaim while pages remain and force a premature OOM.
