Device bricking via delayed SPI-NAND feature writes

Command-ordering error in Linux kernel 6.15 allows affected devices to remain in OTP mode and become unbootable. In qcom_spi_send_cmdaddr(), NAND_EXEC_CMD runs before qcom_spi_io_op() writes the requested SPINAND_SET_FEATURE value, so each write applies the stale value from the preceding operation. Systems using the QPIC SPI-NAND driver with OTP-capable ESMT flash are exposed during MTD registration; array reads then return OTP data and writes fail with -EIO.
