GPU debug-session interruption via missing authorization

Incorrect authorization in Linux allows local users with /dev/kfd access to terminate another process's active GPU debug session. KFD_IOC_DBG_TRAP_DISABLE accepted a debug-trap disable request without verifying session ownership or ptrace authorization. The caller must have local /dev/kfd access; the bounded consequence is interruption of another process's GPU debugging, not kernel compromise.
