Kernel heap corruption via unchecked vector counts

Out-of-bounds write in the idpf driver in Linux 6.7 allows malicious PF or hypervisor control planes to corrupt kernel heap memory. idpf_get_reg_intr_vecs fills reg_vals using each reply chunk's num_vectors without limiting the total to the separately allocated vector count. Exploitation requires control of a VIRTCHNL2_OP_ALLOC_VECTORS reply whose chunk counts exceed num_allocated_vectors, producing writes beyond the kmalloc allocation.
