Crash via non-present PTE helper calls

Memory-management flaw in Linux 5.19 and later allows attackers to trigger kernel crashes or incorrect dirty-page accounting via unspecified vectors. The migrate_vma_collect_pmd() path passes non-present PTEs, including device-private entries, to pte_pfn() and pte_dirty(), whose behavior is undefined for those entries. The path must process a non-present PTE; no external trigger or required privileges have been published.
