Kernel fault via inverted is_ese callback guard

NULL pointer dereference in the s390 DASD driver in Linux beginning with 5.3 allows attackers to trigger a kernel fault via an ioctl. The dasd_release_space() guard uses logical AND, so it calls the is_ese discipline callback when that function pointer is NULL. Reachability requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN, a DASD device, and a discipline with no is_ese callback; the disclosed effect is a kernel fault.
