Signed BPF integrity bypass via mutable metadata map

Integrity verification bypass in Linux 6.18 allows privileged local users to load signed BPF metadata that can change after validation. The libbpf signed loader validates map->sha from a frozen metadata map but fails to require exclusive ownership, so another BPF program can mutate the map after the stale hash passes. Exploitation requires a hostile host with BPF-loading privileges and undermines the signed loader's guarantee that validated metadata remains unchanged.
