Service hang via SCO socket lock deadlock

Deadlock in the Linux kernel 6.13 Bluetooth SCO socket teardown allows attackers to hang kernel work via a close-time race. sco_sock_close() holds the socket lock while disable_delayed_work_sync() waits for sco_sock_timeout(), which asynchronously tries to acquire the same lock. The race requires an SCO socket to close while its timeout work is running; public sources do not establish whether an unprivileged or remote actor can trigger it.
