Local kernel crash via zero-length certificate chain

Denial of service in the CCP SEV PDH export ioctl in Linux allows local users to crash kernels built with CONFIG_DEBUG_VIRTUAL. sev_ioctl_do_pdh_export allocates a zero-byte certificate-chain buffer, receives ZERO_SIZE_PTR from kzalloc(), and passes it to physical-address translation instead of treating it as a blob-length query. Reaching the crash requires access to the host SEV ioctl on AMD SEV hardware and a kernel built with CONFIG_DEBUG_VIRTUAL; other builds fail benignly before any write.
