Out-of-bounds access via unchecked SCMI domain

Out-of-bounds access in the Linux kernel allows attackers to access memory beyond the SCMI power-domain array via an invalid domain number. The scmi_power_name_get() function adds the caller-supplied domain index to the dom_info array and returns the resulting name without checking it against num_domains. Reachability requires an external kernel caller to supply an invalid index; published kernel material does not establish a user-controlled path or a consequence beyond out-of-bounds access.
