Module-load interruption via late map-count initialization

Runtime assertion in the Linux kernel 6.19 CXL test module allows local administrators to interrupt module loading via modprobe. setup_xor_mapping() copies 32 bytes while nr_maps is still zero, so FORTIFY treats the counted xormaps array as size zero and invokes __fortify_panic. The path requires module-administration privileges and loading cxl_translate; the reported consequence is an assertion during module setup, not memory corruption.
