Transmit queue initialization failure via missing WED pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux mt7996 driver 7.1 allows attackers to interrupt transmit-queue initialization via unspecified vectors. mt7996_dma_init passes no WED pointer to mt7996_init_tx_queues, which dereferences that pointer after the driver detects an Airoha NPU. Reachability requires MT76_NPU and CONFIG_NET_MEDIATEK_SOC_WED; the source does not establish whether the failure remains confined to the driver.
