Kernel memory corruption via late MAAR bounds check

Out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel MIPS MAAR setup allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory when boot discovery finds over 16 RAM ranges. maar_res_walk indexes the fixed wi->cfg array with wi->num_cfg before checking its 16-entry capacity, so the seventeenth callback stores one maar_config beyond the array. This requires a MIPS system whose boot-time RAM walk returns more than 16 ranges; no further security consequence or attacker-controlled trigger has been published.
