Resource leak in the RDMA/hns driver in Linux 6.19 causes a kernel panic during concurrent driver removal and driver reset. hns_roce_hw_v2_exit() releases bonding resources before hns_roce_register_device() reallocates them, leaving the later allocation and notifier callback beyond the completed teardown point. Exposure requires HNS RoCE bonding and the removal-reset race; the documented consequence is a kernel crash and service interruption, with no reported data disclosure or modification.
