Kernel crash via undersized flow-entry timestamp allocation

Heap buffer overflow in the Linux Airoha PPE driver allows attackers to crash the kernel during high-index flow-entry verification. The driver allocates foe_check_time using one byte per entry even though its u16 elements require two bytes, so verification writes past the heap buffer when the hash reaches the upper half of the table. The public record does not establish attacker control of the hash; reachability requires an Airoha PPE path to verify an entry in that range.
