Local denial of service via allocation warning

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's IEEE 802.15.4 code allows attackers to panic a system during a network-namespace move. cfg802154_switch_netns() passes expected -ENOMEM results from dev_change_net_namespace() and device_rename() to WARN_ON() instead of returning the allocation error quietly. A panic requires panic_on_warn=1 and an allocation failure during the privileged namespace operation; the demonstrated path used deliberate fault injection.
