Kernel memory corruption via leaked NAPI structure

Use-after-free in the veth XDP enable error path in Linux 5.11 allows attackers to corrupt kernel memory during device teardown. The rollback loop skips deleting the failed queue's NAPI association after adding its NAPI object, leaving freed queue storage linked on the device NAPI list. Triggering the fault requires an XDP receive-queue registration failure followed by veth destruction; the record establishes memory corruption but no further attacker-controlled consequence.
