Packet metadata corruption via LWT encapsulation

Packet metadata corruption in Linux 6.19 allows remote attackers to overwrite or clear XDP metadata during LWT encapsulation. Non-BPF lwtunnel dispatchers push outer headers over metadata in skb headroom, while BPF transmit calls skb_data_move with metadata ending at the stale MAC header rather than immediately before skb data. Reachability requires an RX-originated forwarded packet that retains XDP metadata and traverses an LWT input, output, or transmit redirect; reported effects are metadata loss or overwrite and a kernel warning.
