Conditional kernel panic via raw-address BTF kprobe

Improper warning handling in Linux allows local users to trigger a kernel warning through a raw-address kprobe event with a BTF argument. parse_btf_arg invokes WARN_ON_ONCE when a raw-address probe lacks function-name context, although that user-controlled condition is expected and the parser returns an error. Creating the event requires local tracefs access, and service interruption occurs only when panic_on_warn is enabled.
