Local kernel panic via retained fragment GSO state

Improper packet handling in Linux allows local users to panic the kernel via GSO-marked IP fragments submitted through tap. Fragment reassembly preserves attacker-supplied gso_size, gso_type, and gso_segs metadata, so skb_segment treats the resulting frag_list as GRO-shaped input and hits a BUG_ON. Exploitation requires tun/tap access, CAP_NET_RAW in a suitable network namespace, or a guest whose VMM forwards virtio_net_hdr; the result is a host kernel panic.
