GPU memory corruption via oversized indirect buffers

Improper input validation in Linux amdgpu allows local users to corrupt GPU control fields through an oversized indirect buffer. amdgpu_cs_p2_ib() converts user-controlled ib_bytes to ib->length_dw without enforcing the ring packet limit, and ring_emit_ib() folds excess bits into adjacent VMID and control fields. Standard local access to an AMD GPU render node is sufficient, enabling cross-context GPU memory reads or writes and GPU hangs or resets.
