Service interruption via sleepable IRQ lock

Incorrect synchronization in the Linux ml-ioh GPIO driver allows local users to interrupt service during IRQ operations on affected kernels. The ioh_irq_type, ioh_irq_enable, and ioh_irq_disable callbacks acquire an rtmutex-backed spinlock_t while desc->lock is held with hard interrupts disabled, although that context cannot sleep. Reachability requires a PREEMPT_RT kernel and the ml-ioh GPIO path; the documented consequence is system instability or denial of service only.
