Local system hang via gated HDMA clock

Denial of service in Linux 7.0 through 7.1.9 on SpacemiT K3 systems allows local users to hang the host via vector page faults. The K3 clock driver fails to mark hdma_clk as critical, so boot-time unused-clock gating disables the X100 core's internal TCM access path. An unprivileged local process can then trigger a hard lockup requiring reset by executing vector instructions that fault on demand-paged memory.
