Unauthenticated user-data disclosure via exposed import logs
Published Oct 3, 2026 · Updated Oct 3, 2026
Information disclosure in Smackcoders Inc. WP Ultimate CSV Importer before 9.2 allows remote attackers to read imported user data from logs. Import logs under the uploads directory have predictable storage locations because their derivation lacks a site-specific secret, and direct web access is not blocked. Exploitation requires a site that has imported users from a CSV file and retained the resulting logs; the disclosed data is limited to information recorded in those logs.
