CVE-2026-8043Network attack vector

Authenticated file read and HTML write via filenames

Published May 12, 2026 · Updated May 12, 2026

External file-name control in Ivanti Xtraction before 2026.2 allows remote authenticated users to read files or write HTML into its web directory. An undisclosed Xtraction file handler accepts an attacker-controlled name without confining file access to an intended directory. A valid account and network access are required; successful use exposes server files or plants browser-rendered content without interrupting the service.
