Published Jun 18, 2026 · Updated Jun 18, 2026
Stored XSS in Dijitul Fancy Testimonials 1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through the author attribute. The testimonial shortcode places its author attribute into generated page output without sufficient sanitization or context-appropriate escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient, and the stored script executes in visitors' browsers whenever an injected page is viewed.
