Unauthenticated command execution via unterminated escape buffer

OS command injection in Progress ADC products allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands through exposed API endpoints. The escape_quotes() function allocates a heap buffer for quoted API credentials but fails to null-terminate it, allowing a read into heap-sprayed command text that is passed to system(). Exploitation requires adjacent-network access to an enabled API; no credentials or user interaction are required, and successful commands run on the appliance.
