Cross-tenant secret disclosure via operator-namespace ValueSource resolution

Authorization bypass in Apache Camel K 2.0.0 through 2.9.2 and 2.10.1 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-tenant secrets. The builder's injectProfiles step passes each user-controlled Maven profile ValueSource to kubernetes.ResolveValueSource in the operator namespace instead of the tenant namespace. The gate is permission to submit a Camel K custom resource, and the consequence is disclosure of referenced secret data across namespace boundaries.
