Incorrect authorization in Payment Plugins for PayPal WooCommerce 1.1.0 through 2.0.25 allows remote authenticated users to bind stored cards. The stored-payment-method attachment flow accepts a payment-provider method identifier without verifying that the method belongs to the requesting account. Subscriber access and prior knowledge of another customer's method identifier are required; successful binding permits charges or deletion.
