Unauthenticated file read via unnormalized request paths

Path traversal in the HTTP server in Zephyr RTOS 4.0.0 through 4.4.0 allows remote attackers to read files outside the web root. The HTTP/1 and HTTP/2 handlers concatenate the configured filesystem root with an unnormalized request path before opening the resulting filename. Exposure requires a wildcard-backed static-filesystem resource; raw dot-dot segments can disclose any readable file within the mounted filesystem namespace.
