Authenticated workspace renaming via authorization-check fall-through

Incorrect authorization in Fonoster through 0.22.7 allows remote authenticated users to rename arbitrary workspaces through the API. The Identity UpdateWorkspace handler reports a failed membership check but does not return, so execution reaches a reference-only Prisma update that commits the supplied name. Any authenticated base USER account can target a workspace without membership; the bounded consequence is an unauthorized workspace-name change despite a permission-error response.
