Unauthenticated irreversible account closure via public internal endpoints

Missing authentication in APITable 1.13.0-beta.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to irreversibly close paused user accounts. InternalUserController marks getUserHistories and closePausedUserAccount with requiredLogin=false, causing ResourceInterceptor to skip session and API-key validation. Any client that can reach the shipped nginx gateway can enumerate cooling-off accounts and erase their profiles, memberships, subscriptions, and OAuth bindings, preventing recovery.
