Service crash and code execution via EIR overflow

Stack-based buffer overflow in BlueZ on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 through 10 allows adjacent attackers to crash bluetoothd during discovery. In src/eir.c, name2utf8 copies an attacker-controlled 253-byte remote name into a 250-byte stack buffer without first clamping its length. Exploitation requires Bluetooth radio proximity and active discovery; the overflow reliably interrupts the service and can corrupt control data for code execution.
