Cross-project access via delegated token reauthentication

Incorrect authorization in OpenStack Keystone before 29.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to obtain tokens for unintended projects. The token-method authentication path accepts delegated OAuth1, application-credential, or trust tokens and, without explicit scope, resolves an application-credential token to its owner's default project instead of its issuing project. Exploitation requires a valid delegated token and a deployment that permits delegated authentication; the resulting token can read or modify resources allowed to the owner in the unintended project.
