Unauthenticated command execution via unescaped PHP path

OS command injection in ClipBucket V5 5.5.1 through 5.5.3-#153 allows remote attackers to execute commands through its web installer. The installer passes the php_cli_filepath POST value to System::get_php_cli_info(), which concatenates it into an exec() command without path validation or shell quoting. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the installer must be reachable and PHP's exec function enabled; commands run as the web server user.
