System reset via unrestricted I/O port writes

Improper I/O access control in PassMark products allows local users to reset or manipulate Windows systems through DirectIo64.sys. DirectIo64.sys exposes IOCTLs 0x8011E050 and 0x8011E04C that pass caller-selected 16-bit port addresses to IN and OUT operations without an allowlist or port validation. A standard user must obtain a device handle in an affected build; writes to reset-controller ports immediately reboot the host, while access to CMOS and interrupt-controller ports enables hardware-level changes.
