Local privilege escalation via permissive driver device ACL

Improper access control in three PassMark products allows local users to perform privileged hardware operations through DirectIo64.sys. DirectIo64.sys creates its device object with IoCreateDevice without an explicit security descriptor, leaving a default ACL that lets unprivileged callers open it and issue restricted IOCTLs. Reachability requires the driver to be loaded without another process holding its exclusive handle; access to its kernel primitives can escalate a standard user to SYSTEM.
