CVE-2026-80110Network attack vector

Authenticated CA issuance-policy takeover via ACL tie-break

Published Sep 21, 2026 · Updated Sep 21, 2026

Incorrect authorization in pki-core on affected RHEL releases allows remote authenticated users to control CA issuance policy. The v2 REST ACL filter resolves colliding POST:raw and POST:{} rules by reverse lexicographic order, so wildcard profiles.approve overrides literal profiles.create. A default Certificate Manager Agent can create and enable an arbitrary raw profile without Administrator membership.
