Unauthenticated SQL injection via unsanitized ID parameter
Published Aug 25, 2026 · Updated Aug 25, 2026
SQL injection in Simple Inventory System 1.0 allows remote attackers to manipulate database data via the edit.php ID parameter. The edit.php handler incorporates the attacker-controlled ID value into a backend SQL query without effective neutralization. No authentication or user interaction is required; a crafted network request can read or alter inventory records and disrupt database-backed operations.
