Path traversal in Winter CMS before 1.2.13 allows remote authenticated users to disclose server-readable files through JavaScript assets. JavascriptImporter resolves =include and =require targets with realpath() and inlines them without confirming that the resolved path remains inside an allowed asset root. An account with cms.manage_assets permission can expose application secrets at an unauthenticated combine URL, while the underlying file must be readable by the PHP process.
