Unauthenticated command execution via unquoted namespace header

OS command injection in Nuclio before 1.17.4 allows remote attackers to execute commands through dashboard namespace headers. The local store's getResources list-all path inserts resourceNamespace into a double-quoted /bin/sh -c command without validation or shell quoting. The default local/Docker dashboard requires no authentication, and its Docker-socket access turns container command execution into host compromise; Kubernetes deployments are unaffected.
