Internal network probing via unchecked avatar URL

SSRF in Private Automation Hub in Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform 2.4 through 2.7 allows remote authenticated users to probe internal hosts. The namespace avatar downloader passes an arbitrary avatar_url to a background worker without destination validation or an overall HTTP timeout. Namespace management permission is required; the blind response oracle exposes host and port reachability, while slow targets can pin workers.
